We’re hiring for an Client Success Manager (CSM) or more commonly known as an "Account Manager" to lead this work, by providing insights-driven strategies, strengthening client relationships, collaborating with our internal specialist and team.

The task at hand (AKA the role & responsibilities)
You will be the link between our digital marketing specialists and our clients, acting on behalf of their success. With regular account management meetings, strategy meetings and liaising with the internal team, you will be an extension of our clients’ voice within Firefly. We expect you to be at the level to create digital marketing strategies that will drive results for our clients.
Eat, breathe, and sleep today’s digital, to develop business and brand-specific strategies that, ultimately, help them sell more! (that’s why we love digital marketing, after all!).
Be well versed in the various Paid Media and Measurement opportunities in social, digital, search and broader marketing mix, to provide client recommendations on the proper digital KPIs, based on business and brand-specific goals.
Identify and help sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients, that help them achieve the most efficient returns & results on their overall marketing dollars
Collaborate with the leaders of other departments (Search, Social, Creative, Production, Analytics, Media) to improve and execute on client deliverables, process, and output.
Contribute to the continued growth and stability of firefly, by being empowered to make decisions that are best for the company both today and tomorrow.
The ideal candidate has:
A Bachelor's degree or Entrepreneurial street cred's and 3+ years of experience working within the digital and agency space
Advanced written and presentation communication skills
A proven understanding and expertise in digital marketing and brand strategy, and how it integrates with the wider marketing mix for high growth companies and brands.
Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal team members that include Creative, Strategy, Media, and Analytics -- from initial brief and brainstorm, to campaign execution and measurement
Strategic understanding of traditional, digital, and social-specific media planning & buying, along with the proper metrics of success and measurement opportunities
Top-notch communication skills to deliver impeccable strategic counsel.

Commission role for new campaigns and upsell opportunities.
